Home and Land / Lot Selling
I believe selling your home, lot or land should not be limited to paying an agent a percentage of the sales price of your property to simply list it in the MLS. With the emergence of the internet, the real estate industry has changed significantly and sellers are now able to handle much of the sale of their homes and land themselves. However, the one thing they do not have access to is the MLS system, which is the best way to get the exposure you need to sell your home or land fast. Only a licensed real estate agent can list a property in the MLS system.
The role of the listing agent is simple, to find a buyer for the property. To do this, they usually list your home or land in the MLS and then most likely charge a percentage of the sale price as a fee. I believe that the whole system of percentage-based commission should be changed. I do not think a listing agent does anything more or less for a property priced at $150,000 or one priced at $500,000. So why should the commission be greater for the more expensive property?
Home owners should have an alternative to the standard commission-based way of selling their home or land. Which is why we, Select Premium Properties Inc., have the same flat rate for everyone. When you list your property with us you can be assured of the highest quality listing, superb customer support, and full exposure to the Realtor community as well as your listing information displayed on Realtor.com and other real estate company web sites. We give you a better way to sell your home and let you save your hard-earned money.
When it comes to renting your home, there is no better way then the MLS. Agents who view your MLS listing are usually working with well-qualified tenants who are ready to rent your home. Listing your rental home in the MLS not only gives you access to agents with renters, but your home will also appear on hundreds of real estate sites for the most exposure of your property. Thus allowing you a wider range of potential tenants to choose from. We give you a better way to rent your home by using the MLS to find well-qualified, great tenants, fast!
